If you haven't played GTA: San Andreas yet, you have a problem my friends. This is probably the best game that I have ever played. This year is going to be a tough year when it comes to choosing Game of the Year. The two top contenders definitely will be GTA: San Andreas and Halo 2. IGN.com gave San Andreas a 9.9, Gamespy.com 5 stars out of 5 stars, Gamepro.com 5.0 out of 5.0 and gamespot.com a 9.6. The 9.9 from ign.com is the highest rating they have ever given out. Although I am thinking that Halo 2 will get the first ever 10.0 that is still a great thing for a PS2 game to get a 9.9. If the graphics didn't have some slowdown and some clipping issues it probably would have gotten a 10. So far I have put a few hours into it and I love it. The graphics or great, the storyline is phenominal and the music is the best. All the best stuff from the 90's. If your an old school rap fan it definitely has something for you. So far I have heard It was a Good Day by Ice Cube, Gin and Juice by Snoop Dogg and many other greats. About 3 hours into the game, I am only 1.6% complete. The game is just massive. I have never seen anything like it and so far I have only been in Los Santos which is the equivalent to LA. I haven't seen San Francisco or Vegas yet. I can't wait. If you haven't got this game, GET IT & GET IT NOW!!!!

| I definitely agree with you RumpleSmoothSkn. GTA: San Andreas is off the hook. At this point it is a tie for me between GTA: San Andreas and Halo 2. Plus we got Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and Metroid Prime 2: Echoes coming out next week. Can you say What a Month!!! I mean seriously, I don't think there has ever been a month like November 2004. For gamers, it is like Christmas in November if you got the cash. Anyway, GTA: San Andreas is huge. I probably have about 10 hours put in and I haven't even begun. I haven't even made it to Vegas or San Fran yet. I read an article with RockStar saying that you could spend literally 150 hours in this game to do and see and get everything. That is amazing. All i can hope for next is that the next GTA whether it will be on XBOX 2 or PS3 if Rockstar can top what they have done this time around with GTA: San Andreas Look Out!!!! |
