For those of you who haven't seen the movie yet, Madagascar boasts a Hippo, Lion, Giraffe and Zebra. I just took my 3 year old to see it and he loved it. I may have to pick up the game on the XBOX for him to mess around with. Ign.com recently reviewed Madagascar and it got a 7.0 out of 10 which is pretty good for a movie to game port. The game is definitely a rental or even a possible purchase for your kids, especially being only $40 bucks. The game has some great voice work to it that is definitely funny like the movie. The game is very colorful and has some good animations, so it will be perfect for the kids. The game is a definite kid-focused platformer. The game is fun but short but there is plenty to unlock. So depending how old your kids are, Madagascar could definitely be a pickup for the summer to come!!
