When Batman Begins hits movie theaters this summer on June 13th, Batman also is receiving a new life in the videogame world as well. A simultaneous launch with Batman Begins is occuring on June 13th and fans of the series should not be dissapointed, both in the theatre and at home in your favorite console machine. The game will be released at a price point of $39.99 and will be released on the GameCube, XBOX, PS2, PSP and GBA. The PSP version will be released at a later date. I think I will be purchasing Batman Begins for the GameCube for a couple of reasons. Mainly, I need to bolster my Nintendo GameCube collection and secondly the game appears to be shaping up very nicely on the GameCube and could be the sleeper game on the GameCube this year. Batman Begins appears to be shaping up somewhat like Splinter Cell. Batman has many of the same moves that Sam Fisher has. The cinematics and the animation are looking top notch at this point and should be one of the many selling points. If you are a Batman fan this will be a definite purchase for you. If you are looking for Batman to make a solid return, Batman Begins appears to be it. Plus the movie should be great as well!!!
