Empire Earth II appears to be an awesome RTS game which we haven't had for a while as far as I am concerned since the Command & Conquer Series when Westwood Studios was creating the game. Vivendi Universal is the creator of Empire Earth II, so that in itself equals a winner. Not all that often does a Real Time Strategy game offer great single player campaigns as well as awesome multiplayer as well, but Empire Earth II succeeds at both. The beauty of Empire Earth II is that it is a graphically, very good looking game. Many times RTS games are not meant to look good but play good. In this case. Empire Earth II succeeds at both. Also the game has a great soundtrack especially if you have 5.1 surround. Empire Earth II has a very steep learning curve, however. Once you have gotten past that and memorize all of the awesome technologies, the game is fantastic. With all the options that Empire Earth II offers, this game stands to keep you RTS fans busy for a very long time. One of the best PC games of the year so far!!
