Killzone is one of the best games ever! Killzone is better than both Halo and Halo 2 and I can not wait for Killzone 2. No one is for sure when Killzone 2 will come out but if its anything like Killzone its going to be awesome!!!
For all of you Halo 2 fans, yes halo 2 is a good game but has nothing on Killzone. Killzone has better maps, weapons, graphics, gameplay, and a better storyline. |

I definitely agree with you Enoch. KillZone for the PS2 was an awesome game. I like Halo 2 as well but KillZone was an awesome game. Definitely, I read an article on Ign.com that KillZone 2 is in the works and most likely it will be for the PS3 which will be awesome. I can't even imagine the graphics of KillZone 2 on the PS3. Obviously we won't see it till sometime in 2006 but at least we will be getting it. I would have to say though that Halo 2 was a great game but way overhyped where KillZone kind of came out of nowhere!!

Oh yah Odin, KillZone was a phenominal game on the PS2. From what I have been hearing around the rumor mill, KillZone 2 will most likely be a PS3 game. Now that is good and bad. The good being that KillZone 2 could very possibly take over Halo 2 for the best FPS in the business. The bad news is that we won't see it till at least the middle of next year and that is if it is a launch game. Who knows, maybe we will get a little bit of insight this week at E3!!
Anyway Odin, thanks for coming and posting at gamegophers.com. We are truly attempting to get this forum to be one of the biggest and best on the web. Any suggestions on how to get that done. I do hope you continue to come back and post. If you know anybody else interested in gaming, send them our way!!

I 99.9% agree with you guys (I used 99.9 instead of 100 since that is what everyone seems to do nowadays). I think Killzone has to be THE greatest FPS ever, and I am also tired of everyone saying "Halo is so great, it is the best" I am not bashing it or anything, but I prefer shooters with real-looking weapons compared to alien futuristic gadgets...and the Halo fanboys are really, really annoying, they act as if their online battle record is a real thing, and then when you try to tell them it is just a game, they just say "That's probably because you are probably really awful at it" (not in those words but ones that mean the same, just more forcefully).

Definitely, KillZone was awesome. Have you seen the video and screenshots from E3 for the PS3. Oh my god is all I can see. In my eyes, it was the greatest demo that was showed at E3. All I am doing now is praying that it will be a launch game. Definitely Torque, those Halo fanboys with all the top records on XBOX Live, live and die by those, like they actually mean something. Don't get me wrong, I loved Halo and Halo 2 just as much as the next guy but KillZone was so realistic and that was partly what made it so outstanding!
