Well for those of you who own an XBOX and you didn't want to spend $3000 on a top of the line PC to play Doom 3 last year, your chance is now here to play everything that is in the PC version, plus some!! Yah that's right, I am talking about Doom 3 which drops on the XBOX tomorrow April 5th. Ign.com reviewed the game today and it got a 9.3 out of 10 which means it is an awesom game. That is higher than what the PC version received last year which was an 8.9 out of 10. How Doom 3 on the XBOX is able to one up it's brethren is due to it's great 2 player online co-op mode which looks to be just beautiful. Doom 3 received 10's in the respective categories of presentation and graphics. This game truly shows you what the Microsoft XBOX offers in sound, audio and atmosphere and it is one of the best on the XBOX hands down. The gameplay is straight forward and predictable but because of the great weaponry and smooth controls you have one of the best shooters out there. Throw on top the multiplayer in Doom 3, you will definitely want to purchase Doom 3. This is a definite M Rated game and it looks beautiful. If you haven't seen it on the PC running DOOM 3 with a NVIDIA GeForce 6800 Ultra, you will think the XBOX version is one of the prettiest things you have ever seen!!
