Unfortunately, Xenosaga Episode II is not as great a game as the first Xenosaga. Although there is a lot to like about Xenosaga Episode II, such as the story was still great and the characters looked better than ever, the game just was not broad enough and did not utilize it's great cast of personalities and combat like the first game did. Don't get me wrong Xenosaga is still a good game. Ign.com reviewed the game and gave it a 7.9 out of 10 which is good. The game comes in both Dolby Pro Logic II and 5.1 which is awesome, the more mature character design along with the higher polygon count is outstanding, the only two problems with the game are the gameplay is lacking several needed elements and you would figure that a two disc game would last a long time, but Xenosaga Episode II is roughly half as short as the original!!
