Star Wars: Republic Commando is a well-paced but brief, single-player campaign that will keep adrenaline junkies thrilled from the first dropship landing to the final dust-off. Gamespot.com has given the game an 8.7 out of 10 rating which is very good. The gameplay, graphics, sound and tilt all received 9's while the value of the game only received a 7 and that is because the game is pretty short but still a great Star Wars game for the PC. The graphical detail in the game is outstanding especially if you are running a new, top notch video card such as the NVidia 6800 Ultra. Let me tell you it is a pretty thing seeing the blood spatter on the visor when in close combat. If you are a Star Wars fan, you probably already have the game. If you are not that big into Star Wars it is still a must have for you PC junkies looking for a great ride!!!
