WOW! Finally, Gran Turismo 4 has graced America with it's presence and let me tell you, it was definitely worth the wait. The PS2 now is the owner of the best racing game ever made! GT4 came out yesterday and I have been playing it non stop! Phenominal is about the only word I can use. Ign.com gave the game a 9.5 out of 10 with the graphics receiving a 10 and for the PS2, that is outstanding. Quite possibly one of the best looking games on any system especially when running in 1080i Hi-Def. I am running 1080i on a Sony 42" Plasma TV and a Bose Lifestyle 38 surround system and I am in heaven. From the graphics to the sound of revving engines, this game will be in my PS2 probably until the PS3 hits. The game received a 9.5 in gameplay and 9's in Presentation and Sound. The only reason it received a 9.5 total score was due to some weak A.I and no online play. Oh well as far as I am concerned. Everybody always wants everything with everygame but if the videogame makers did that they wouldn't make any money on sequels. Now I just have to get the racing wheel by logitech to make this game as ultra realistic as possible. Just look at this screenshot below!!
