October 26th is the day. GTA: San Andreas will be out and I will be one of the first in line. I have played both GTA 3 and GTA: Vice City to completion. I probably put like 75 hours into Vice City. From what I read San Andreas is 3 times the size of Vice City. That is just plain huge. If you haven't seen the new trailer you need to check it out at ign.com but you need to be an insider member. This time you play the role of CJ Carl Johnson. Hopefully he will be a better main character that Tommy Vercetti. This should be one of the best games of all time on any system. You know Rock Star won't let us down. The graphics have been updated, the size of the game is just monstrous. It takes place in a fake San Fran, Vegas and LA. Have a $50 spot ready on October 26th people!!! Just check out this interchange freeway in the screenshot below. Looks like the graphics are going to be top notch and pushing our PS2's to the limit. NICE!!!

| Oh yah. Rumple and I are on the same page with this one. GTA: San Andreas is going to be phenominal. The best one yet. I have always loved the GTA series dating back to the original playstation. This one may be one of the best games of all time. The sheer size of this game is unbelievable. Having to actually take care of the main character CJ should make this game much more personable. I think this will keep me tided over for a long time. I think having an XBOX and a PS2 is going to be a problem for me this holiday season. With GTA: San Andreas and Halo 2, forget about it. I am toast. Anyway if you haven't seen or heard of this game you probably wouldn't be at this site!!! |
