Luckily, Nintendo was able to sign on EA to make games for the Nintendo DS because without EA Games and EA Sports making games for your product, you will be a hurting unit. EA Sports launched just one title with the Nintendo DS and that of course was Madden NFL 2005. Tiger Woods Golf 2005 is coming out in a couple of weeks which is good for all you golfing fans. The game is definitely the best football game I have ever played on a handheld hands down!!! It is the first true 3D footballer on a handheld thanks to the power of the Nintendo DS. While it is not everything you get when playing on the XBOX or PS2 it is great for a handheld. All teams and players are here with many of the options available in the console versions. The bottom screen is used for picking your plays of course using the touch screen. The gameplay is great but the graphics and sound could have used a little more polish. Definitely next year EA will put out the ultimate football experience on a handheld!!!
