The Bard's Tale which is out for the PS2 and Microsoft XBOX is an RPG with some outstanding comedy. The Bard's Tale has received some moderate to good reviews. Ign.com gave it an 8.2 whereas EGM gave it a 6.5, 6, and 9. Obviously those reviewers played a different game when they were reviewing. That seems a little off and how is something like that supposed to help you choose a game to buy. I have played the game and I like it just because it is not your usual RPG which I am not the biggest fan of. It has a lot of humor that makes fun of basically every RPG convention that there is. The only thing that I have noticed and I don't care for is that the combat and dungeons are very repetitive. But if you like RPG games and you laugh very easily, it would be a safe choice to pick up the Bard's Tale.
